A local government council chairman, name (withheld) has allegedly slapped his secondary school mate in Delta State.
Known for slapping, the council chairman slapped his secondary school mate at the during last sanitation exercise in the state.
Though, details of the incident remain sketchy, it was learned that the slapped victim, known as Mr Andrew other name withheld, was a former Senior Perfect of the institution.
The chairman is known for always boast of his academic qualifications and his area of discipline.
An old student of the institution who spoke on anonymous condition alleged that, Mr Andrew, a trader,( Dealer) in one of the popular markets in Delta State was slapped recently during the November sanitation exercise.
The charmain had previously slapped, a House of Assembly Member, a serving Councilor, prominent politicians and recently a chieftain of his political party which led to the appointment of one of the victims as Special Assistant by the state government.
